CORRECTION

In the article Sacral Agenesis: A Classification and Review of Twenty-three Cases by Thomas S. Renshaw in the April 1978 issue of The Journal, on page 383 the next to the last sentence in the right hand column, last paragraph of type, should read "The sensation remains intact because the dorsal neural elements have been derived from neural crest tissue, uninfluenced by neurulation."
