Sarcomas Arising from Chronic Osteomyelitic Sinuses
A REPORT OF TWO CASES
RENNER M. JOHNSTON M.D.1 and
JAMES S. MILES M.D.1

The case reports of two unusual sarcomas arising in chronic draining osteomyelitic sinuses are reported, and the literature is reviewed. It appears that although some sarcomas arising in these sinuses are fibrosarcomas that have a good long-term prognosis. others are rapidly fatal because of widespread metastases.
