A unique case of multiple chondromatous lesions arising from the volar digital plates of three digits in the same patient has been described. These were associated with fibromatous skin lesions on the dorsum of both hands. The ultimate loss of function of the digit first involved and the good results from earlier surgery of other digits suggest that earlier surgical intervention would be justified in another such case.
