Avulsion Fractures of the Tibial Tubercle

Seven cases of avulsion fracture of the tibial tubercle are presented. Six of the cases were treated with open reduction and internal fixation. Accurate reduction, adequate fixation, and rehabilitation appear to insure an excellent prognosis.
