The Influence of Triamcinolone Acetonide on Joint Stiffness in the Rat

Triamcinolone acetonide under the conditions of this experiment greatly diminished or inhibited the occurrence of stiffness in normal rat joints immobilized three weeks.

The animals had evidence of sonic systemic effect with the dosage utilized.
