HARVEY ALLAN LEVINE M.D.1 and FERNANDO ENRILE M.D.1

1 From the Departments of Orthopedic Surgery and Pathology of The Jewish Hospital and Medical Center, Brooklyn

A case of giant-cell tumor developing in the sheath of the patellar tendon of a patient with Paget's disease is described. The patient's relative youth at the onset of Paget's disease, as well as the short survival, is discussed. The large size of the tumor and its location are noteworthy.
