Parosteal Osteogenic Sarcoma of a Metacarpal Bone

1. A case of parosteal osteogenic sarcoma arising from the third metacarpal bone is described.
2. Two attempts were made to resect the tumor but after the second recurrence, an amputation was performed. The patient was free of disease four years after amputations.
