Twenty cases of Apert's syndrome are presented, only one of which has appeared as a case report in the previous literature. A discussion of the hand deformities in this syndrome including gross appearance, roentgenographic findings, and function before and after surgery is presented. A brief résumé of the surgical procedures performed on these patients is presented and our suggestions for surgical care are outlined.
