PAUL W. BROWN M.D.1
1 From the Division of Orthopedic Surgery, University of Colorado Medical Center, Denver
Zancolli capsulorrhaphies were performed in forty-four cases of ulnar claw hand. The technique described is a modification of Zancolli's. Less than half of the hands were improved as regards clawing, more efficient grasp or increased strength, or combinations of these factors. Eighteen hands were not improved and five were made worse by the operation.
