Non-Traumatic Necrosis of the Femoral Head

PART II. EXPERIENCES IN TREATMENT

WILLIAM G. BOETTCHER M.D.1, MICHAEL BONFIGLIO M.D.1, and KOERT SMITH M.D.1

1 From the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery, University of Iowa Hospitals, Iowa City
