The literature establishing Gorham's massive osteolysis as a distinct entity has been briefly reviewed and the salient clinical and roentgenographic features of the disorder outlined.
A previously unreported case of massive osteolysis has been presented with emphasis on the serial roentgenographic findings over a ten-year period.
