Anterior Interosseous-Nerve Paralysis as a Complication of Supracondylar Fractures of the Humerus in Children

MORTON SPINNER M.D.1 and SAUL N. SCHREIBER M.D.1

Traction is proposed as the mechanism of the paralysis, the distracting elements being the proximal fragment of the humerus and a tethering structure in the forearm.
