An Unusual Sarcoma Arising in a Solitary Osteochondroma

A case is presented of a sarcoma arising from a solitary osteochondroma of six years duration, in a eighteen-year-old woman.

Attention is brought to the rarity of malignant lesions arising within solitary osteochondromas.
