Hypochondroplasia

Hypochondroplasia is a discrete and probably not rare form of short-limbed dwarfism. The diagnosis is difficult in infancy and childhood but is evident when the characteristic growth pattern and roentgenographic features develop. A review of the findings in twelve affected patients has been presented.
