A significant number of orthopaedic problems have been found in tuberous sclerotic patients at Sonoma State Hospital. This series of thirty-two patients included nineteen with paraplegic or quadriplegic spasticity. The treatment of their orthopaedic problems has not been different from that of other patients with cerebral palsy.
