Spinal-Cord Compression in Untreated Adult Cases of Vitamin-D Resistant Rickets

Three adult siblings with untreated familial hypophosphatemic vitamin-D resistant rickets are reported. In two tetraplegia developed due to spinal-cord compression caused by ossification of the posterior longitudinal ligament of the cervical spine.
