Multiple Myeloma with Cord Compression

A case is reported of cervical spinal-cord compression secondary to myeloma, which was successfully treated by decompressive laminectomy, stabilization of the spine with the incorporation of two homogenous rib strut grafts, irradiation, and chemotherapy.
