An Unusual Rotatory Injury of the Ankle

The Bosworth type of fracture-dislocation of the ankle is now a well recognized though uncommon clinical entity. The present case report illustrates a variant in this type of injury not previously described, wherein the fibula was displaced without fracture. Its successful management by closed reduction is presented.
