A study of 234 patients with congenital scoliosis has been made. The results of surgical and non-surgical treatment have been reviewed. Sixty-six patients have had correction and fusion with an average follow-up of six years after fusion. Preliminary data are provided on non-operative treatment with the Milwaukee brace.
