Diagnosis of Posterior Dislocation of the Shoulder with Use of Velpeau Axillary and Angle-Up Roentgenographic Views

Although a number of roentgenographic signs, visible on various views, may partially or completely confirm the diagnosis of posterior dislocations of the shoulder, this diagnosis is often missed. The two new views described are technically easy to obtain, and each clearly demonstrates a posterior dislocations of the shoulder.
