An Unusual Osteogenic Lesion of a Finger

A case of an unusual extraskeletal osteogenic lesion of the finger is reported. The lesion has shown no evidence of local recurrence three and one-half years after surgery and the patient has demonstrated no evidence of systemic manifestation of this lesion.
