Solitary Eosinophilic Granuloma of a Vertebral Body Causing Paraplegia

A case is reported of a twelve-year-old girl in whom a solitary eosinophilic granuloma of the seventh thoracic vertebra produced paraplegia after biopsy. Good recovery of function occurred after posterior decompression and local radiation therapy.
