1. Two cases of diabetic subtalar neuropathy with spontaneous fracture-dislocation have been described.
2. Successful triple arthrodesis in a diabetic neuroarthropathic foot, with occupational rehabilitation of a practical nurse during a forty-month follow-up, is reported.
