Interarticular Horizontal Dislocation of the Patella

A CASE REPORT

A case of rare interarticular dislocation of the patella in a twelve-year-old boy is reported. A brief review of reported cases and a discussion of treatment is presented. Primary operative reduction is recommended as the treatment of choice.
