Combined Ectodermal and Mesodermal Dysplasia: Its Musculoskeletal Manifestations

A case of combined ectomesodermal dysplasia has been described. The diffuse musculoskeletal abnormalities which frequently are associated with this syndrome have been stressed. The studies performed, including chromosomal analysis, did not assist in understanding the etiology of the condition.
