A case of hereditary onycho-osteodysplasia is presented and the literature on the subject is briefly reviewed.
This is a familial hereditary disease with dysplasia of the fingernails, elbows, patellae, and iliac bones. The symptoms causing the patient to seek medical advice are usually pain and discomfort in the knees and limitation of motion at the elbows.
