Three new cases of post-irradiation osteochondroma in growing bones are presented. Evidence that these lesions are caused by irradiation is drawn from these and earlier reported cases with similar features and from previously reported experiments on animals. While the incidence of malignant change in these tumors is presumably low, recognition of these benign lesions is important in order that their clinical course may be followed.
