Separation of the Upper Humeral Epiphysis in Pituitary Gigantism

A case of separation of the upper humeral epiphysis in a pituitary giant twenty-three years of age is reported. The patient is significantly older than any previously reported with a fracture of this type. The probable endocrinological factors are discussed.
