Polyostotic Fibrous Dysplasia Associated with Hyperthyroidism

The case of a ten-year-old boy with extensive segmental involvement of the skeleton with polyostotic fibrous dysplasia, multiple fractures, thyrotoxicosis, and a hypoplastic left testicle, an associated anomaly, is reported. This brings the number of such cases reported in the literature to eight.
