Traumatic Dislocation of the Hip in Children

A Report of Seven Cases and Review of the Literature

Seven cases of traumatic dislocation of the hip in children have been presented together with a brief review of the literature. The care, prognosis, and complications of this injury have been discussed, and tentative recommendations regarding initial treatment and postoperative regimen have been advanced.
