Depressed Fractures of the Tibial Plateau

Treatment with Rigid Internal Fixation and Early Mobilization A Preliminary Report

The results of this preliminary study indicate that the converting of an unstable fracture of the tibial plateau to a stable status by means of competent internal fixation permits early movement of the knee and contributes to improved functional and anatomical results.
