Osteo-onychodysplasia (Turner's syndrome) is a familial disease which is inherited and which is characterized by a number of deformities. The principal deformities involve the fingernails, elbows, patellae, and ilia. The symptoms causing the patient to seek medical advice are usually pain and discomfort in the knees and limitation of motion at the elbows.
