An error appears in the article by Dr. R. W. Bacorn and Dr. J. F. Kurtzke, "Colles' Fracture. A Study of Two Thousand Cases from the New York State Workmen's Compensation Board", The Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery, Volume 35-A, page 644, July 1953. The fifth line from the bottom of the page should read:

"The ratio in either year was the same as in the other, . . ."
