A SIMPLIFIED LATERAL-VIEW CASSETTE HOLDER FOR USE DURING HIP-NAILING

This simplified C-clamp holder has the followinsg desirable attributes:

1. It may be used with facility because of its mechanical simplicity;

2. It is easy to sterilize;

3. If is possible to maintains good sterile technique throunghout the procedure;

4. It is durable;

5. It is inexpensive, for the parts may he purchased for a nominal sum at any good hardware store;

6. It is easy to make, for it requires only that the parts be welded together in two places.
