Transplantation of Origin of Hamstring Muscles to Symphysis Pubis

1. Pelvic obliquity should be studied and corrected when feasible before correction of scoliosis is attempted.

2. This may be accomplished in selected cases by transplanting the origin of the hamstring group to the symphysis pubis.
