Non-Operative, Castless, and Ambulatory Method of Treatment

The chief advantage of this castless, non-operative method lies in such positive fixation that the patient may be fully dressed and ambulatory on crutches. Freedom of contiguous joints provides numerous economic and physiological advantages.
