ADDUCTION TRACTION IN TROCHANTERIC FRACTURES
THEODORE A. FOX M.D.1 and
GEORGE L. APFELBACH M.D.1
1 Fracture Service of Cook County Hospital, Chicago

Straight traction in adduction is used instead of traction in abduction and flexion.
