BILATERAL (NINETY DEGREES) ROTATORY DISLOCATION OF THE ATLAS UPON THE AXIS

1. Uncomplicated simple rotatory dislocation of the atlas occurs comparatively commonly.

2. Bilateral rotatory dislocation is very uncommon and is quite apt to be accompanied by sudden death.

3. A case of bilateral rotatory dislocation with recovery is reported in this paper.
